There are (have been for some time) serious concerns over his psychological and mental health during high pressure situations. The ITV coverage annoyed me (as usual) as Ian Wright was politely trying to allude to the fact that Suarez may have some deep seated mental health issues that he cant control himself and Adrien Chiles just laughed at the concept of him being a bit mad. But, he should be given a very lengthy international ban, the longest they possibly can in fact as 2 years would be suitable punishment for him to miss enough important matches. I'd also say he needs a worldwide ban of a shorter length. something like a 6 month blanket ban from Football would probably send the right message from FIFA that they won't tolerate this.... but then this is FIFA and the Premier league will undoubtedly be having their say in the matter as well
He should either be banned from all football forever or have to wear a muzzle... As for it being a mental health issue I think people with real problems would disagree .....he is just a nasty vulgar man that behaves like a child when things don't go his way..
Well would you feel ok about being bitten whilst playing football.......personally I would not be very happy to be bitten anywhere........I think if it was the first time it could be put down to a rush of blood but he clearly does it to gain an advantage during the game and as a repeat offender should be punished very harshly it makes no difference if he is good at football or not....
Fair enough mate but Football will be all the poorer without his sublime talent. The Italian was a bloody cry baby if you ask me!
I agree it's a shame because he is a great player but that should not make him untouchable...... To be honest if it was me that got chewed I think I would have reacted..
he's a stupid man. he's at the peak of his career playing fantastic football, scoring amazing goals. he's now let himself down, his country and club by what seems to be the most odd reaction on a football pitch to frustration. if fifa find their balls they should land him a hefty ban,the fine is worthless. the premier league would be a poorer place without him but should it be proven this is the 3rd time and he needs to get a banned. imo.
You're just trying to get a rise aren't you? There are serious health risks from being bitten which is why the vast majority of kids who are properly socialised learn it's a no-no!Hate to think what sort of germs the dirty little rat-face is carrying.
I really thought JWM was joking to start with but it appears that he is serious. Sorry JWM, that puts you in the same boat as him in my book!
Thanks Dave it is a huge compliment to compare me with a football genius! Funnily enough I'm not as good as him though!
