Ok chaps, it is the start of the best racing that NH can offer (apologies to Punchy and Kempers, but it is!) and here is your comp for the the 4 days of racing. You will get a £1000 bank every day, your balance will be carried over to the next day. and added to your next day's starting grand. There is a minimum requirement of one bet per day, £10 minimum bet In trying to second guess what players might do, it is possible therefore to "chuck away" £30 for the first 3 days, and lump a large balance on your good thing on the last day. Feel free All selections must be made before the start of racing. Bets must be win or ew singles only, settled at SP, 1st and 2nd at 1/3rd the odds 6-7 runners, 1/5th odds 8+ runners, 1/4 the odds in handicaps of 16+ runners. No 5th place pay-outs, sorry! Non-runners replaced by fav unless notified before the off (if JF's, lowest race card number) I'll be posting each days results ASAP on the same day, so that you will know how much you have to play with in plenty of time before the next day's racing. It's highly likely that there will be no Saturday comp, but that will be back the following Saturday. Post your bets in this thread. Good luck all

Thanks for running this Reebs. Just for clarity (not that it's likely to affect me): is that 1/5 the odds 1,2 3 in 8 or more runner races and 1/4 the odds 1,2,3,4 in handicaps of 16 or more runners? and presumably, we can bet on more than one horse in a race

Yes and yes, Ron And no need to do the lot .... as per original post you could be playing up just under £4000 on Friday. I see that STH has wagered just £200 - I'll assume that is intentional and he's keeping his powder dry! Also - if you change a selection, please do so in a separate post, otherwise I might miss it!
