Genuinely think we'll go out simply due to the ever developing injury crisis.

This game is a luxury. Win win situation for us.

We win brilliant we go further.

Go out and we play less games.

    You'll lose 3 of the last 4?

Not really a luxury, it's the quarter finals.
We have a realistic chance of a cup if we beat Chelsea.

Chelsea’s home form is cack so we’ve got a good chance.

Or the more positive spin - we've won 1 of the last 1.

A win is a win is a win.

We hadn't been doing well and we beat a team 3-0 who had won 3 of their last 4, scoring 16 goals in the process and very nearly beating Liverpool away.

Do we have enough players fit for this one?

    Dubravka
    Krafth
    Lascelles
    Burn
    Tino
    Longstaff
    Bruno
    Miley
    Almiron
    Wilson
    Ritchie

Bar Bruno, Tino and Burn that's a very Mike Ashley era looking squad and I don't think we have anything on the bench past that tbh. Is Gordon fit? If so switch him for Ritchie but I can't really see much past that team starting vs Chelsea...

Let's be honest, a team of 10 can sometimes be harder to break down than 11, given that they tend to sit more compactly than a full strength team.

    Botman is back

Isak is back but has been so poor it's barely worth mentioning.

It's just not a good game to judge from because of the red for very obvious reasons.

Chelsea are beatable. Newcastle are beatable. Their home form is almost as bad as our away form. Impossible to call.

This is completely 50-50 in my opinion. Depends who turns up on the day. Both teams form has been pretty ****.

    Dubravka
    Trippier Lascelles Botman Livramento
Miley Bruno Longstaff (presuming joelinton will be injured)
    Miggy Wilson Gordon

with Isak coming off the bench.
