With the rivalry that has been ever present since the days of the BBC's 606 between us fans and those of Swansea, I was wondering who would you prefer to progress to the Final of the League Cup Our neighbours from SW6 or the others from SW (SouthWales) Whoever does progress can of course lose to Bradford on penalties
Well if chelsea win then they're more likely to beat bradford/villa than Swansea are. Thus, to maxmise the likelyhood of neither winning the cup, it has to be swansea.
It all depends on the fixtures for me. Do we benefit from playing any of these clubs in the run up to the final. Maybe their minds will be focused elsewhere. Other than that I couldn't give a toss. Chelsea will win it in any case.
Lol; I knew what the overwhelming majority, I mean everyone bar me and of course Chelsea fans would say. Guess I've let the boys from the valley get to me so much that I've actually started to care whether they progress into a cup final. The ribbing from the fans I know when I used to live in Swansea doesn't help matters either. As has been said, proper club, run in a proper way, playing proper football. They have come a long way since the Vetch, the away toilets were atrocious! If you cut me open I bleed blue and white.
I dont mind Swansea, most of their fans on here are fine - but that Diligaf was one grade A walloper.
Swans for me, although i will be watching Chelsea getting beat on Thursday nights in that poor mans Europa rubbish. Funny really, from Champions League to Thursday nights.
I dont care who wins, if Cheslsea are the better team then good for them, I do not have a problem with the Rangers fans who hate Chelsea, I am just not one of them. I do not care if Swansea or Villa win either and as if a team from the third tier could ever win the League cup haha just not ever possible
Well said mate. Although some of them do become quite outrageous at times. Sooper loses all sense and reason when it comes to that crowd over the road.
Out of 92 teams on the leagues there's only one I despise more than Chelsea. Can't bring myself to vote, hope a mini black hole removes them both from this world.
I don't feel any bitter rivalry with Swansea or their fans at all. In fact, there are a couple of Swans fans within my circle of friends and acquaintances. I think we're confusing rivalry with the annoyance we feel from a few of their tits that come on here occasionally giving it large. But we have a few tits of our own... I'm undoubtedly one of them.
