Haven't been on this forum for long time more of a reader. Just like to say that Chelsea are not out of the Champions League yet there is still hope. Shakhtar still have to play against Juve and if Shakhtar win and also Chelsea win against FC Nordsjaelland then we go second in our group. Very disappointed that Di Matteo has left he did a brilliant job but his morale has dropped which is why he walked as results haven't been kind recently. It it looks like the Chelsea board have persuaded Guardiola to become our permanent manager which will be a great appointment this will boost our squad morale. Guardiola likes to coach a creative style of play his tactics will suit our style of play.

It wont be Pep, least not til the summer. Smart money would be on someone like Benitez.

Agree we aren't defo out and it's concievable that Staktar beat Juve and we win our last game. However how many times has this happened before and the 2 teams set to gain most play out a dull draw to each other's benefit???

    I'd be shocked if it's not a 0-0 or 1-1.

I agree AC but have to say our recent results have had as much to do with missing key players JT, Lamps and Cole than anything Robbie has done!

I sense a repeat of the West Germany v Austria game in the 1982 World cup where both sides played out a passive passing game and ended 0-0 at the expense of Algeria. When something like that happened at the London Olympics some teams & individuals were penalised for not trying; not that would happen anyway especially as Platini's favourite are in the mix nor for that matter would I expect Shaktar to bust a gut now that they're through.......are-you-watch-ing Laz-io! are you watch-ing Laz-io!

I think that the 'goal' Shaktar scored this week will actually work in our favor. Shaktar have rec'd a lot of criticism and will want to win this game to prove their sportsmanship by going all out for the win. That and RA's links to their owners will ensure they give it a go.
