2 windows. Due to their registration of under 18 players. Fully deserved. It’s obscene that they have so many players out on loan. They are basically using finance to hoover up all the talent to lock other teams out.
Oh **** this, we've heard this god knows how many times before, it never actually happens. Same outcome as always happens, a fine and they carry on doing whatever they want.
Wonder what part of the regulations they've actually broken. But they do have an obscene amount of players on their books. It's clearly wrong.
Glad to read this news. Chelsea along with other clubs have been getting away with it for nearly the last two decades. Back in 2005 they stole a young 16 year old talent from our academy, at tribunal we got a measly £125k our club were left fuming. That player Ryan Bertrand! It's been going on for too long, but that's because the powers that be refused to bring it in to check. https://www.kentonline.co.uk/kent/news/chelsea-deal-for-ryan-bertrand-s-a64742/
Agreed. I think that there should be some kind of compulsory sell on clause inserted into all the youth players contracts which says the club who developed and nurtured the player initially has to receive a minimum of 25% of all future transfer fees until they reach 25. That will allow the development clubs to benefit from their work and also make the so called bigger clubs think twice about stockpiling. It’s basically a form of modern slavery and stifles the development of the player. No to mention our national team. Quite a few players only really blossom when they leave Chelski.
Excellent news. Now impose a restriction of loaning only 6 players per season and we might just start to get a more even spreading out of young footballers.
this has not got anything to do with the ongoing enquiry into abuse at sunderland, from a staff member.... has it ??? (the spellings are all correct at the time of publishing, I accept no responsibility if any one pisses around with the word 'staff memeber')
