Forget the title, forget top 4, Chelsk's main goal right now is to simply avoid relegation, because they sure as heck are in relegation form under the special one. To all Chelski fans as well, we wholeheartedly support you too, we want Mourinho to stay as well, he has our full support.
They won't get relegated because Newcastle/Sunderland and Villa are on an even higher level of "total sh!thouse."
What we do know is your team is good at putting everybody to sleep these days. Do you guys even know how to score anymore?
I'm very calm, don't worry, nothing in my comment was even angry. ;-). You guys are literally putting everyone to sleep though.
There was nothing angry at all about what I wrote. You're the touchy sensitive one now from that comment, ;-).
I keep saying that they will eventually click, go on a run and get 4th. But if they're going to do that then they had better get going. Jose just doesn't look like he is up to turning things around atm. He is feeling sorry for himself and that attitude is rubbing off on his players. Both need to man up.
TBH can't see it happening, there is still time, it's usually around November if you can't get on a run then it becomes too late. They are only 6 pts behind you and Spurs, the other 2 most likely contenders for 4th, but this Chelski team don't look at all capable of going on a run, so many players look past it, and others who are good are having one of those seasons where nothing works for them.
The trouble is, his approach is tarnishing his very good reputation at Chelsea. By his actions he's also showing that he doesn't really have any real affection for the club, but only cares about himself.
It is bizarre. And yes it wouldn't take too much to turn things around and make their season respectable, if not successful. I agree they don't look up for it atm. Cahill and Terry are past it though. Their big time players who should be performing just aren't though - like Matic, Fabregas and Hazard.
I think he does care to an extent about Chelsea. He is just not used to this scenario. He is a great chequebook manager. Move, spend loads and be successful. Winds down and moves....repeat. He has never really had to deal with this scenario and I'm shocked about how he is handling it. Although quite amused it must be said.
Think Hazard wants out too, or doesn't want to play under Mo....That's 2 times now in 3 seasons that Mo has publicly criticised Hazard for his lack of defensive play, and twice he has dropped Hazard because of that. Now if you're Hazard who already has a big ego that most young talented players have, you're not going to be happy at that, and you're going to be even more pissed off considering you were voted the league's best player last year, so Hazard must be thinking wtf is Mo on about by having a go at him? He definitely doesn't feel appreciated at this time.
Reckon you might have a point there. Can see him going to one of the big French teams. I was quite shocked when they subbed him. He was pants but good players can make things happen out of nowhere even when they're having a bad game. I was more confident after that substitution and I bet our players were too.
The thing that's being missed is that the closeness of the points between the teams is bcos a lot of the lesser teams (no disrespect) are playing well. So although it may look like it won't be too difficult to turn around, it may well be bcos there may come a time when there are simply too many good teams for them to leap frog, regardless of a points gap of 2-6 points.
Fair point. I would be surprised if they finish below top 5. It will be interesting to see if he can turn it around and how long it will take Abram to push him out if the results keep failing.
