Got me wondering, should we start applauding after 38 minutes, the time which Deano scored the winner at Wembley?

Or is there another significant minute during the 90 that we should applaud?

**** like this makes me cringe.

In an echo to the Muamba thread, what the **** is going on with people these days.

Bunch of simpering twats - it's football and life - get over it.

People are born and die each day, are struck down by sickness and disease and generally get a ****ty deal - it's nature.

People are employed and sacked on a regular basis - it's business, not personal.

I don't agree that we should all just accept it in silence though. If they feel it was yet another manager sacked unfairly - an understandable view - then why shouldn't they make a point of supporting Di Matteo?

Booing Benitez is wrong IMO because it isn't his fault, but I don't see why they can't show their support for Di Matteo.

I've no love for Chelsea FC but Di Matteo has been wronged & despite all the compensation etc. it brings a bad taste to football.. as for Benitez, good luck to him, Torres has clearly peaked. Given time (joke at that club) he'd do well Rafa..

Yeah, it's a tad harsh to boo Rafa when he's the current manager of their Club, so it would make sense to support him for the short time he's going to be manager. The Chelski fans aren't doing themselves any favours by adding more pressure to an already damaged Club. They could be the difference between winning or losing the Premier League Title.

Sing praise for Di Matteo definitely. I would have done the same but, booing Rafa... Naah. Wrong.

In regards to the Thread topic however, I would have us all cry at the same time, on your neighbours shoulder, into a tissue or pretty much anyway you want at the 90th minute.

Reason being, 90 was the amount of times I screamed "FFS! WHY IAIN DOWIE!?" ...

I'm wondering why the fans are booing Benitez and making anti-Benitez chants, but the main reason for Di Matteo's sacking, Roman Abramovich, is getting no stick from their fans?

Not even Fergie time goes that far. The whole thing is cringe worthy to say the least.

He will soon if this carries on. IMO, Chelsea wont finish in the top 4 if they dont get the goal scoring issues sorted and quick. Even Oscar and Hazard look dis-Interested now.
