Chelsea have announced a 68.6m loss this season and if they sign torres it will equate to over a 100m loss with NO ONE OF PAYMENTS!!!!!. This is alarming news because Chelsea are breaking the financial rules here. Champions league football is now a distant past.

They will do as they can't handle this amount of loss and soon they should be axed out of Europe for the good of the game. They should be investing in youth, I hope Eufa really punish them and kick them out.

Why should they have to invest in youth?

If true then they may have a problem. The FFP rules apply for the previous 3 seasons dont they?

That means when they look back they will see the fact they have made a huge loss and will need to balance their books by then wont they?

Thats what I have read about the rules anyway.

I doubt Chelsea will have any worries about the FFP rules, Roman can just bribe FIFA again

Rules don't apply as yet. So long as they make a combined loss of less than 45 million euro over the three seasons beginning 11/12, they'll be okay. I think yesterday was certainly the last day we'll see of massive spending though.
