CHELSEA AND QPR WILL HIT THE HATE MOB HARD CHELSEA and QPR have promised they will take action against anyone *using discriminatory language during their FA Cup tie on Saturday. The match will be the first time the clubs have met since John Terry was charged with racially abusing Anton Ferdinand in October. A joint statement from Chelsea and QPR said: âDiscrimination has no place in football or society. Both clubs enjoy fantastic support. However, we would remind fans that, while we want to hear their passion, itâs a fact that hatred and abuse is not what being a fan of QPR or Chelsea is about. âThe clubs will work together with the police to ensure that anyone using discriminatory or inflammatory language is identified and that the strongest possible action is taken against them. âWe would urge fans witnessing any form of abuse to report it to a matchday steward.â Terryâs legal team have informed the Crown Prosecution Service he will not be attending Wednesdayâs court hearing and they will issue a not guilty plea on his behalf. We would remind fans that, while we want to hear their passion, itâs a fact that hatred and abuse is not what being a fan of QPR or Chelsea is about. A joint statement from Chelsea and QPR Chelsea, meanwhile, have set out a blueprint for the future to find the next generation of Terrys, Frank Lampards and Didier Drogbas who can bring them five years of glory. Manager Andre Villas-Boas has a radical three-year plan to win the Premier League and Champions League, but the club have already mapped out a strategy to secure success over an even longer period. Villas-Boas has been instructed to find players aged between 20 and 26, who can play at the top level for at least five years, to take over from Lampard and Co as the new spine of the Blues and retain some sell-on value. Terry, Lampard and Drogba have been the backbone of the successful Chelsea teams of late â lifting eight domestic trophies together â and the club want a fresh generation of winners who can build similar legacies. SEARCH FOOTBALL for: Villas-Boas, as revealed by the Daily Express last month, has up to £150 million at his disposal to overhaul his squad and started his spending with the £7m capture of central defender Gary Cahill who, at 26, fits the new Chelsea profile perfectly. Another is Kevin de Bruyne, 20, over whom the Blues have opened talks with Belgian club Genk. The rest of Chelseaâs long list of potential transfer targets for the remainder of this month and the summer â Shakhtar Donetskâs Willian, Evertonâs Jack Rodwell, Arsenalâs Theo Walcott, Real Madridâs Gonzalo Higuain, Napoliâs Edinson Cavani, Lilleâs Eden Hazard and Marseilleâs Cesar Azpilicueta â all fall into the same category. QPR hope to complete the signing of Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha, who had a medical last night, after agreeing a £3m fee and opening discussions over personal terms. Onuoha, 25, has been little more than a fringe player at the Etihad Stadium and now looks set to link up with former City manager Mark Hughes at Loftus Road. A former Sunderland loanee, he will be looking to get his season back on track should he complete the move to west London, having made just three appearances this season. Hughes knows Onuoha well from his time at the City helm and has said he would give the player time to build up his fitness. âThe lack of playing time would be factored in,â said Hughes. âWe would be mindful of that. âBut he is someone I know well both as a player and an individual and I am sure he will be very keen to make an impression very quickly.â Should Onuoha sign, he would become QPRâs third signing of the January transfer window â and second of Hughesâ reign â following loan deals for Manchester United striker Federico Macheda and AC Milanâs Nigeria full-back Taye Taiwo, who joined this week. do chelsea include their players in this

From a forum point of view..I would like to applaud the mods that decided on this course of action although i dont think it wil affect proceedings at the game..i honestly believe that if all boards had implemented this earlier.it COULD have made a big diffrence.... TBH..i dont affect me, my brother is Chels, and my friends are evenly split between qpr & Chels...doesnt mean me and little bruv agree, but blood is thicker and all that. This is the 1'st pro-active and positive move that could achieve something positive Again..Well done to all of you involved
