Should be a cracking game tonight, with a record-breaking crowd. Hardy souls who go will be able to say "I was one of the smallest crowd ever at the Valley".
779 advance sales. The Valley Cafe menu is a better effort than tonight's programme. I hope the 20.05 to Petts Wood is on time.
We're losing at home against Wimbledon. Our chance to go to to Wembley starts off badly. Ffs. Bowyer out.
Never mind, remember it's not even proper football. In grown-up football if both teams finish the game with the same number of goals it's a draw. And if a result is needed (a penalty shoot-out) it means the loser goes out of the competition. And there was not even a record low attendance
Having said that, this thread might have suffered a not606 record low attendance for a first team match thread
I've eaten in the Valley Cafe twice recently - I'm not saying the food is sh1t, but the breakfast makes Wetherpoons taste like a Michelin starred chef ...
There is a photo of you doing the rounds on social media inside the ground and watching the game last night ...worse still, another one of you having a half time drink with Jeddez and Sue Parkes.
Too many fans wanted to say they were there when the record low attendance figure was set, thus defeating the object of the exercise. FACT!!
I was at Sainsburys for the Bradford 817 game. I waited outside the ground last season for the Fulham game. I was outside the ticket office at 19.25 and they had said that 400 tickets had been sold by 17.00 and I reasoned that the figure would go past the 817, I was mightily p****** off that the crowd was 700 and something. In other words, Mr FHB is spot on!
