An uninspiring new manager...not a big name, not what the punters wanted....but hey ho! We could expect a bounce for this game, first away win possibly 2-0, Madine to score a brace, sure to get his chance in a new set up....Vaults as well. My old pal Eddie Firmani has been on Masky’s hot line asking if Tesco in Western Ave have reduced their “low sugar” beans yet....might pop down! Masky will make him welcome! :emoticon-0103-cool:

My Mrs is boycotting Tesco at the moment (and by default, SO AM I) because they wont pay a fair price on local produce and don't supply brittish meat as standard. Oh, and they've started pushing vegan produce in adverts on TV.
Dont want to get on the wrong side of Mrs Remote when she's riled.

The only striker who would have missed that Macheda chance would have been Gonzo Gounongbe - remember that Brum game. <doh>

Jees, they had to go back a while to dig those up. One at Ninian and Burke with another.

Macheda came close to missing his as well.

Feeney played 10 matches for The Swans, netting 5 goals. That's a good strike rate, albeit from not too many outings. He would have been permanently signed, but injury scuppered the move. Pity, really, as he had impressed at Swansea. Having good players around him probably helped.
He played 20 times for you ' Dodgers ', and failed to bother the scorers. That probably indicates the paucity of talent that he was playing with at that time. <ok>

..........or the fact that we loaned him to you when you were in League One at the time, and the level suited him? <ok>

Can't alter the facts, though. He scored goals for numerous Club's, but none for Cardiff. <ok>

Baker's apostrophe as well as failing to recognise the gulf between L1 and where he failed to score. But what else can one expect?

You're also ignoring the facts in Sparkey's post Vetch.

As far as I can see Feeney has never scored at Championship or higher level.

Poor WUM Vetch. You are capable of better.

He scored 5 times in 46 appearances for N Ireland against varying levels of opposition, the best of those being Portugal.

I think I'm right in saying Feeney never scored a single one of his career goals at the Championship level. By far the most of his overall tally were for Bournemouth and Stockport in League 2 when he was in his early 20's.

League 2 was his natural level and why the hell we took him from Luton into the Championship when he'd fizzled out by then is a mystery. He was a complete flop.

EDIT...sorry Bluey didn't see your post before I hit the button. <ok>

You hit your button as often as you like Sparks. Just don't tell Masky. He'll come over all unnecessary. <yikes>

No Ralls. Morrison, Tomlin and Bogle on bench. Paterson in starting eleven.

    Madine starts. Wtf!!!!

    That will keep Masky happy.

For those who have made the trip, eyes in the sky and cricked necks.

WTF, I hope Blue doesn't realise that autocorrect change the name to Maxine in my prediction, I have Maxine down for a hat trick! Maxine isn't playing, so Madine won't score **** and Hoillet is the man... :headbang:
