its looking like your club are going to keep him for the time being, but if as sky are reporting he has only 18 months left on his contract, then isnt it likelly that he will simply buy himself out of the last year of his contract this summer and leave you for next to nothing???? plus the fact your club is stuck with a player who may well just go through the motions between now and then?? i admire your stance on this, but surely its better to cash in on him now????? no offence ment to your club, or manager both of who i have great respect for
I am the opposite and admire their stance. Lets say they sold him and were relegated what could that mean to the club? They have the chance of maintaining their premiership status which means approx another 50/60 million into the clubs coffers and also gives them the chance to build for next season. Liverpool tried to get him on the cheap simple as that. Its really admirable to see a club not fold under the pressure of the supposed big guns. Well done Blackpool full respect to you and your club. Waiver; I retract this post if he is gone by 11.59pm hehe
Ahh well done Blackpool u have won the rights to signing Puncheon subject to PL cleareance on loan, he is a good skillful little player and I enjoyed his short stint down at The Den. Hope he does well for you but I hope we can can get him back in the summer. Tbh wouldn't mind seeing him go to Blackpool permanently if he does well and you can afford him. Gd luck for the season, really hope you's do well
Congrats on keeping Adam when the sharks were circling. now if you can keep hold of your premeirship status you guys can look to build quite a bright future
Charlie Adam will remain a Blackpool player until the end of the season when he will leave for Spurs/Liverpool or Man United.I suspect a "deal" has already been done. For that reason Charlie will want to continue to impress so that the "deal" formally goes through. If his form dips so will his valuation and possibly interest in him from those clubs. He will keep us up particularly with some astute signings now in the bag.It would have been easy to take the ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã6.6m offered but we didn't and that is a sign of our intention to remain in the Premier League.
