Does anyone know if Charlie Lee's injury is anything serious?

I hate the amount of these pre season friendlies and always remember losing both Simon King and Stuart Lewis to long term injuries during pre season games a couple of years ago.

I appreciate this was the first game only but there does seem an awful lot of matches to get through unscathed.

I stayed behind after the game, and Charlie walked off, seemingly OK. It is risky playing these games against non-league opposition, because League players are a bit quicker, the non-leagures often mistime challenges. It was more like a training game last night, but once we start playing the better non-league sides, there is more risk. Glad we're not playing Dover now.

Thanks for the good news Vinney. Just another dozen or so games to get through safely now!

The number 14 who made the challenge had been late all second half, think charlie will be fine just looked like the other lad put his studs on Lee's foot. Painful but not serious.
