Just heard on the radio that there are 2 new EPL clubs exppressing an interest in Charlie Adam and that Liverpool are not the only club keeping him under observation. Could we be one of them? Should we be one of them? I bet if we are, the other club are our country bumpkins up at NE1? Every player we are after they seem to latch onto. Interesting though as he would be a cracking signing IMO.

I've noticed the Skunks seem to be playing follow the leader with us quite a bit over transfers. It's a bit like having the village idiot following the cool guy round town in order to improve his image.
Don't need another central midfielder. I rate him highly but would like to see us move for a left winger.

A lot we werent actually after though in fairness to me. We'd never be after Westwood, no offence but we have 3 keepers who are all better/similar ability. We stopped chasing Larsson some time ago as well, possibly to pursue N'Zogbia. Gardner's a useful player to have but I think he'd do a lot better for you than us. Also, you can have Gibson!
not bothered about Gibson now but you must admit we are after similar players surprised Harper went and i think the lad has let himself down Could have played for England years ago if he had moved then.
Well I'd say they're all at least at a similar level. Krul and Harper have both performed consistently at PL level this season and Forster gets rave reviews at his loan clubs, Westwood hasnt yet played in the Prem and although an international, there's not loads of competiton for his national place (Given never getting games must make it difficult to keep calling him up). He did an interview saying he often requested a transfer, but Sir Bobby always told him to stay. It's admirable loyalty but he has a real fight on his hands to be number 1 next season. On transfers, I had forgotten a lot of them, we do seem to be linked with a lot of the same players, but I'd be interested to see how many are genuine targets as opposed to lazy journalism.
