Just heard that on twitter a finanancial advisor close to this whole sorry mess is confident Charles Green is ready to strip the assets of the club and walk away, meaning there will be no newco and no football stadium next season - this has apparently been mooted after the Raith Rovers statement this morning. http://www.raithrovers.net/3766/statement-of-board-of-directors.htm Apparently the £5.5m is still being held by Duff and Phelps in an account and there has been doubt cast on Charles green's willingness to releast the money. Anyone else heard something similar?
Heard they're on the verge of administration. Also heard all manner of rumours about Green not actually owning the club as he still hasn't paid the £5.5m Who knows?

Green never had 5 million, he just shat it when Uncle Alberts consortium turned up Duff(y) and P(apal)helps are Timmy Agents of Cardinal Whyte so were only going to do business with Greens Brigade They signed a player named Celik ffs
Grant Russell , STV Understand upset at use of Sevco 5088. But is what it is. Green doesn't own 'Rangers' yet. Owns most of assets but not yet the vital ones. I keep hearing people hinting at this but no one will expand on it. I really do think NewCo are ****ed before they've even started.
What else is there to own, other than Oldco's share to play in the SPL and getting any players he can to stay - the former of which he now seems to have no chance and the latter looking more unlikely by the day?
