The CPS has dropped the charges against the three Spurs fans that were charged after the games against Sheriff and West Ham.
Now let's see how many Chelsea fans are nicked tomorrow. I'd suggest that they pick up David Baddiel for his racist abuse of Jason Lee, for a start.

David Baddiel should hang his head in disgrace.
While he supports a team who's fans constantly glory in the holocaust , a club propped up on evil money,
and has a crusade to attack supporters who stand together proudly against his egoistical imbecile cretinism .
    A traitor to his own.

Any idea why? Is it a lack of evidence of are they doing another 180 spin back to commonsense?

Brilliant! Anti-semitic abuse of our fans still won't be tolerated but our fans will, presumably, no longer be targeted for chanting in support of our team. Just what we need ahead of a game against the chavs.

Will be interesting whether this one gets coverage on BBC London News (and if so, what
their spin on it is) .

  9. Not only commonsense and dignity have prevailed, today, but also the law. The CPS was never going to get a conviction against our boys, and their decision to even back-up the police's (and Baddiel/Herbert's) harassment of our fans was both ill-judged and incompetent.

I'm proud to be a Yid, and proud to shout it from the rooftops!

    "CLIMB EVERY MOUNTAIN"

If we're going to paraphrase singalonga films ...

Oh Fatherland, Fatherland, show us the sign
Your children have waited to see
The morning will come when Baddiel will learn,
    The Y word belongs,
    The Y word belongs,
The Y word belongs to THFC

The BBC have run a similar story to Sky's, but it doesn't feature on either their main news page or the football section, for some reason.
You can access it via local news or the Tottenham specific part of their site, but it's a stark contract to their coverage of the arrests and the Baddiel/Herbert nonsense.

So I have read the following reports :

    - Sky News
    - The Independent
    - BBC
    - Guardian

Guess which other one of the above has tried to put in some snidey spin
    against the verdict. :D

30 seconds max under the sports news section on BBC London.
With the Stephen Lawrence stuff the main story, a "good day to bury bad news" eh.

Trying to find the story on Ceefax was a chore:
Not listed in the main headlines
Not listed in the UK headlines
Not listed in the football headlines
Hidden away in the London news

Compare this to Judas' inflammatory delusions, which got a prime spot in the main headlines plus an interview on BBC London news.
