When the pretty much whole of the East Stand got up to sing "City Till I Die" along with parts of both the North and South Stand, was the highlight of the day to me. It showed that those in favour of the name change are clearly in a minority.
Apart from on messageboards there isn't anyone in favour. I haven't met anyone with that view, no one I know has met anyone with that view. There have been no marches, polls, campaigns, chants, giant flags, donations, memberships to campaign groups, scarves or badges in support of this view. Absolutely nothing in public support of a name change. There's just a few on here.
I think it's more or less an 'acceptance' rather than a vocal movement in favour (I should have worded it differently). There's only a couple of lads at the Pub pre-game, and that crappy "Yes To Hull Tigers" Twitter account that have said they'd be happy with a change. I think nobody is really for it, but just wouldn't mind either way.
Hmm, debatable. The drivel that comes from that account in means of justifying is even worse than that from Not606. I think it's just some poor moron who has nothing else better to do than to wind up City fans because he (or she) knows that they're guaranteed bites due to the nature of the subject.

The thread was about a couple of good chants and it gets on to banning protesters!!! The banner was great! One of the highlights of the game!!
the banner should be a wake up to the ctwd group as to calm it down .. walk away and do things properly .. you now have random guys (tenfoottiger) doing these things under the ctwd "banner/reason" ... and if I am being honest , you are starting to interrupt the season player wise ..
CTWD is turning into a joke... why? because they are attracting all the pissed trouble makers. I said it a few weeks back. This won't end well.
This is the only fans’ forum (that I’m aware of) that contains support for Allam’s name change: Tiger Chat, City Independent, Amber Nectar – all pretty much unanimously against. But we have a vocal few on Not606 who are pro change along with a similar learned and discerning brotherhood of pro-name changers on the esteemed HDM website; as well as from erudite callers to Radio Humberside. Is there a thread or (missing) link that binds these big brained brothers together?
