In other Pompey news, winger Kieran Djilal has had his loan terminated by mutual consent .. I wsd generally disappointed with him, and back Appy's decision.

I think his view will be favoured by 99% of all that read it.

If he is so desperate to see a bigger return than he is likely to receive at the moment why doesn't he join forces with the PST even if they(PST) have the largest share of all that goes with the club? That way as the club grows and the value increases he would get more of his money in return plus the club would then have a little cash for the January window.

He's after the parachute payments - it has been mentioned, so this is allegedly, the football creditors will be paid in year 4 but Chanrai intends to have sold the club by year 3. He is never going to work with the PST - they want the funds to stay in the club, Chanrai wants the funds out of the club.

Don't forget this is the man who delayed the first payment of the original CVA for a year, by which time he had sold the club to CSI who took on the debt. He has apparently put a bit more money into the club following Antonov's arrest but he made an unwise investment - he should live with the consequences.

It amazes me that people still think Chanrai is the bad guy here. Without him portsmouth fc would have ceased to exist a long time ago.
He did not spend ridiculous amounts of money on players he could not afford, he did not fail to pay his massive debts, twice, all he did was lend money to someone and then use some more of his own money in an attempt to recover what he lent in the first place.

It has been portsmouth fc in the wrong here, not the fans, , not the manager, not the players, but portsmouth fc the organisation. What is it now, approaching £200 million of debt that portsmouth fc havent paid? And Chanrai is the bad guy.

He was running the organisation FFS.

    Lets start from the top.

Chanrai sues Gayademak snr for 24mil. Gayademak snr cannot pay said money and calls Gayademak jnr in for money. Hence why PFC started going balls up. Chanrai still can't get his money so he tries to take over one of gayademaks assets. in other words, Spite.

Chanrai once in charge of PFC attempt to take money from transfer funds but is caught by the governing bodies. He also failed to pay several charities whilst e was at the helm. the bill was picked up and payed with interest by the Pompey fans. Because Al mirage who was the owner beforehand couldn't pay the debts, Chanrai magically takes control by default. It is this which led to the rumours that Al mirage and Chanrai are the same person. Chanrai actually lent Al mirage 17mil, whilst the club was already bankrupt. He did not meet with Al mirage or his associates. Dick Move. His fault he's lost his money. As it so happens, that 17mil never went through the club. It is not on any of the books. Suspicion mounts ever more.

Once through the door, Chanrai puts the choke hold on the club in the form of his debenture of Fratton. Basically you have to do a deal with him over the ground to buy the club. the size of the debenture was 18mil. Clearly the times he came to Fratton, he done so whilst blindfolded, seeing as independent marketers value the ground between 2-3mil. This still stands.

Chanrai then sells to CSI. Before doing so he delayed all payments of the 1st CVA so he did not have to pay anything, but in turn receives money from CSI. CSI as we all know went balls up.

2nd administration. Alongside PFC admin we have the former admin of PFC running CSI in charge of selling those assets, AA. AA and Chanrai buddy up just like last time and the first time the PST stated interest in buying the club, AA and Chanrai agree on a 100mil proof of funds from the PST, 32mil from other parties. But Trevor Birch become PFC's admin but not before Chanrai and AA offer a 500k bribe to get AA thought the door.

The PST's bid continues to gather momentum and still does. Meanwhile Chanrai gest a CVA approved based on paying off debst within by year four. He plans to be out the door by the end of year 2, thus defaulting on payments. AGAIN!!. Chanrai just a few weeks ago pulls out of his bid to buy the club owing to non co-operation from staff, players, fans etc. PFC pulls a 18k crowd and he re-kindles his bid. Coincidence? Fook off. Chanrai then tells MA that the wage bill he promised him would be cut by 1mil.

Do I need to explain why Chanrai is the bad guy anymore?

Here is a few famous quote's from the man; "I do not want the club, I am the reluctant owner". "One way or another I will get my money back". "I only want the best for the club".

The man is a parasite, a cancer, a virus that has latched onto PFC for 4 years because of a squabble with Gayademak snr. He is the bad guy, the devil, the anti-christ of PFC. Anyone who doesn't see this is being ignorant.

Personally I believe Chanrai has returned after withdrawing his bid as he is convinced the PST will fail and he will lose all of his money. But then this is just speculation on what i've read, much as a lot of the above text is.

I'm not saying the guy is wonderful man, and i'm not saying he isnt just wanting to get his money back, in fact I'm sure that is what he is doing. However, sad as it is for the fans, its Portsmouth FC that are to blame for all the current strife.

I understand where you're coming from Itchen - and yes he did purchase the club out of the administration that he had placed it into. But there are things that are "fact" rather than speculation.

Firstly that he made a high risk loan to Falcondrone - he did admit that it was made purely to make a short term profit.
Next - the amount of the loan is equivalent to the amount he won when he sued Gaydamak senior through the Israeli courts.
The loan was made to Falcondrone, not PFC and it was confirmed that the loan did not go through the PFC accounts.
He placed a debenture over Fratton Park - fair enough, but his loan was to Falcondrone.
He did withdraw funds from PFC from player transfers contrary to instructions from the PL.
He did defer the first payment of the CVA for 14 months.
He did, through the press, promise to pay the small creditors, up to £2500 - this promise was not kept.

That's just our first experience of his ownership.

Why he is mainly the bogeyman this time is around the parachute payments - which should go to paying creditors. His first bid was clear, the football creditors will be paid in year 4 although Portpin will have sold the business by year 3.

    Anyway, that's just for starters.

That was the abbreviated version Wooperts - the match was starting so had to type quick - and very concise.
