Sadly more redundancies were made last week amongst club employees. The club is in a deep period of change. Major wage earners have to still to be removed from the squad. When Mr O'driscoll leaves the FC hopefully will be a fully functioning club based on financial prudence and youth development. The Head coach then thus becomes one that is interchangeable, requiring no huge, and that is what is happening huge change. The board are employees, a son, and a fan. It is the club owner who dictates how BCFC runs.
