    I've always found it strange that, although our club is simply; PORTSMOUTH FC, the company name is PORTSMOUTH CITY FOOTBALL CLUB LTD.

    So should the club change its name (fixtures, tables, announcements etc) to Portsmouth City, instead of Portsmouth?

    After all - we've all sung it at some point...

    Altogether now...

    What shadow would that be CGO? You have only one shadow, it is insignificant and cast westwards by the mighty shining star and crescent moon that is Portsmouth Football Club!!!

    Getting back to the orignal post, no we shouldn't change the clubs name, the history of the club is linked to it. By the way hello to ex 606 pompey fans. I was "Blue at Waterloo" on 606 but have moved.

    Provided we stay up and if they stay where they are there would always be plenty of banter, and if they go up ,likewise, we just need to stay up ourselves and normal service will I am certain be resumed towards and at the end of the season on this site.<ok>
