The first question I have to ask is why are they flying to Cyprus for a meeting? Can't they find a venue suitable in England? Oh wait, it's just another wee junket for the owners, chairmen and FA reps. Can no one else spot the irony that they are going all the way to Cyprus to look at ways of improving their club's finances? Anyway, yeah a wage cap would be good for both Celtic and Rangers as it would allow us to compete on a more level playing field. Celtic more than most have been plundering the Championship lately for players so there is scope there to pick up some good bargains.
