Amos and Faye are in it.

Now I like Amos, but that's 2 weekends out of 3 he's been the team of the week keeper. Brighton I could see why because there were 2 or 3 really good saves, but did he have anything to do against Bolton that was anything more than bread and butter for a keeper?

Maybe it's based on how many times you rush off your line and or out of your area? I like him too, but one of these days he's going to get caught out.

Just goes to show how much credence it actually has. All down to ones opinion. Faye deserves to be there,, imo.

Surprised Quinn isn't there, hard to find a better midfield performance IMHO, and he scored! Quinniesta!

Knocked out by Whittingham once they'd played at Sunday lunch then, or are the other midfielders different as well?

Not sure who picks these - Liam Moore had a very good game for us indeed (but is very much 'flavour of the month') but Wes Morgan was simply awesome - for those that watched our game on the telly, I was convinced he had given a penalty away with one last ditch tackle - but the ref got it spot on - he took the ball with the most perfectly timed stretch ... (as the TV cameras went on to show) ...

Actually I though Amos did have a very tidy game against Bolton. I can only remember one real save when a Bolton player broke into the box at the South Stand end and Amos stood up well to beat his shot out. However, the main thing for me was how well he dealt with crosses - some good catches and one or two excellent punches. He's starting to look like a top quality keeper.

I agree Morgan had an outstanding game, as did Ben Marshall, he has a very educated right foot very much Beckham like.

Amos had a good game, but I agree with Ricardo that he hasn't had enouhg to do to really justify being in the TotW every week.

It's nice to see our players getting recognised and their performances been rated from an outside opinion. From what I've heard about his performance on Saturday Quinn is unlucky to miss out.
