So you want us to sign a midfielder who isn't better than our minfielders, to play in defence?
But who would he play in defence instead of. I don't see him as a better full back than our current three, I don't see him as a better CB than Mawson or Fernandez and from his performances for his club side last season don't see him as better than Leon, Mesa, Clucas or Carroll
He is a welsh international who has been picked above anyone else and has played well......Celtic are interested in him now anyway so why would he join a small club like ours....
So's a myriad of other players who've played for Wales , is that now the bench mark
So why not sign Sagna, who is also a full international and is actually a defender.

Some team this season will put double figures on us at some point this season...A team that cant win at home are certain relegation contenders......I doubt that Clem is good enough, He talks a good game but he knows full well that our defence was pi$$ poor last season and he has done nothing about it except make us even weaker selling players......Will he last until xmas ? I have my doubts....

Well, most of the Jack Army can see that Naughton is a weak link.....

All he done today was kick the ball to a Newcastle player.
We looked ok up front but when you have lower standard players at the back then you will always be up against it......All a team has to do is nullify what we do up front and let their front lads rip us to shreds at the back.....Too only have 38% possession and have 16 shots with 8 on target speaks volumes .....But we knew that anyway but Clem never or he would have done something about it early in the transfer window.....same old same old....
Well we at least had 4 shots But there again a league 2 side could have done that and better .... But as for most of the rest and clem's ability to do anything then i dont expect anything more than Relegation....Sooner the better and we can stop pretending we are a premiership standard team like we have theses past 3 seasons....Put us out of our misery we dont belong here now ripping off the fans who pay good money to watch sub standard football.
