So, they are wrong then, are they ?
Yes.
So, they are wrong then, are they ?
It appears even though Bony has opprtunity to play European football at various qualifing clubs , he wishes to cpme to Swansea . This says to me that he is desperate to prove both Man City and Stoke wrong about his lack of playing time at both clubs . Im praying he comes , him and Abraham will be enough imo.Well, I don't want Llorente to go, however I may be the only one, but I just have a feeling that Bony will 'find himself' again with us. To me he is a proven goalscorer in the PL. Going to Man City proves nothing for me, other than he's not as good as some of the other strikers they had. I'm content with that, if he was as good then we wouldn't be able to afford him anyway. I'm not sure who else I'd want to bring in to replace Llorente who is in the same price bracket as Bony anyway.
In terms of an appropriate replacement, Bony for Llorente is not too bad, way closer than anyone we've had/in talks with to replace Sigurdsson.
Bony was loved here with us, he's not had that anywhere else in the PL. That's hugely important in contributing to a players confidence.
If not Bony, who should we spend our £15M on then ?
It now looks like we won't sign Bony until Llorente goes.
So if Llorente goes and Bony signs, that gives us a profit of £2-£3million if the reported fees are to be believed.
Along with the remaining £30m for Gylfi, the £1.5m for Barrow and the £3m for Gomis, £2-£3m for Kingsley, that leaves about £38m profit from the sales, not to mention the huge wages recouped. Looking at a £40-£45m profit on the books.
Don't forget the £10 million reported for Cork, the small transfer fee but large savings from Bafe wages. Also on decent wages (that we were paying part of or in full) were Emnes, Tabanou and Tremmel.
In my opinion yes
I didn't include Cork because his money went on Mesa.
SSN showed yesterday that we've shipped out 21 players. That alone, must have freed up a huge amount of cash.
Who said otherwise? So, it's O.K. to have an opinion that doesn't conform with yours ?

Bony / Lloremte - either fine
Saches - not convinced
Chadli apparently pushing WBA for a move to us - welcome at half the price
but the name that has dropped off the radar is Arias - imo more important than the others.
So that's where Huw has gone with his caravan.....Isn't Arias now in Columbia?

Maybe Huw and Martin are flying down for another South American holidaySo that's where Huw has gone with his caravan.....![]()
The medical and necessary paper work could be done out there but then there's the clearance faf to go through as well .Isn't Arias now in Columbia?
Where's Columbia ???Isn't Arias now in Columbia?
Agreed we have very pioor FB cover at the moment.but the name that has dropped off the radar is Arias - imo more important than the others.
