@football_league: We'll be announcing the #FLAwards divisional shortlists for the @SkyBet Player of the Year next week. Who should be included?

Players i think have a shout

Danny Drinkwater, Jamie Vardy, David Nugent, Danny Ings, Sam Vokes, Kieran Trippier, Chris Martin, Will Hughes, Jamie Paterson and Ross McCormack

I would be surprised if the winner wasnt one of them

Anyone else worthy or a shout?

Charlie Austin? Or does being injured for half the season rule him out? QPR are nothing without him.

    Morgan? Kasper?

I think Andy Reid at Forest deserves a mention.

    Probably.

    Purely because he's top scorer.

Hopefully they look at performances rather than stats.

Surely you want McCormack to receive as little attention as possible if you want to keep him.

Ings, not expected to do as well as Austin, most improved.

Danny Ings is almost nailed on to win it in my opinion. The media are obsessed with him.

... rightly so ... both him and Burnley had an incredible season ... who'd have predicted their position and his goal tally at this stage?
