Pick a squad of 11 players (playing 4-4-3 or 4-3-3 only) plus 5 subs of what you consider the best players in the Championship. The catch? You can only pick one from any one club. No loan players allowed. GK: Lee Camp (Forest) RB: Nathaniel Clyne (Palace) LB: Paul Konchesky (Leicester) CB: James Chester (Hull) CB: James Tomkins (West Ham) MF: Hayden Mullins (Portsmouth) MF: Peter Whittingham (Cardiff) MF: Robert Snodgrass (Leeds) MF: Jobi McAnuff (Reading) FW: Marvin Emnes (Middlesbrough) FW: Rickie Lambert (Southampton) SUB: Matt Gilks (Blackpool) SUB: Jason Shackell (Derby) SUB: Andy Taylor (Peterborough) SUB: Craig Mackail-Smith (Brighton) SUB: Billy Sharp (Doncaster)

At the moment it would be hard to pick between Chester and Hobbs from the second centre half position. Both coming on leaps and bounds.

Butterfield is a good shout. Was trying to find a way to get Green in goal but couldn't think of a good enough centre half.
The inclusion of Green was based solely on his performance at the KC, we could have played until midnight and not scored past him. He had a 'Myhill at White Hart Lane' day at the KC!

Phillips (Blackpool), Andrews (Ipswich), Maynard (Bristol City). Lallana, Noble, Karacan and Beausejour all regrettably miss out in midfield... NB: Why are there no decent full backs in the Championship?!
I see a couple have gone for Whittingham on the left wing in a 4-4-2, but it's not really his ideal position, he's at his most affective either on the left of a midfield three or in the centre of a midfield four. Just saying like...
Personally I would favour a 4-2-3-1, however I had to stick to a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3... Perhaps Burke would be better on the left? The FRENCH TICKLER - who is your super full-back, I haven't seen too much of Hull this season? I presume you don't mean Dawson, so does Chester play on the left?
GK Myhill Rosenior Hudson Bamba Potts Mcanuff Arca Mcguigan Snodgrass Lambert Maynard Struggled for a left back. Apart from his goal against us i think Konchesky is ****e. Not sure if Mcguigan is playing for Forest but thought he was excellent against us last season. Also thought Trotter for Millwall last season in CM was good, glad he never played against us this season.
Thanks, well Rosenior has experience at a higher level so that makes sense. I couldn't think who you meant as Dawson is loyal to you but not outstanding from what I have seen. What do you guys think of Koren, he looks like the kind of player who has the ability to conjure a little bit of magic and is certainly a useful play-maker?
