Sky have just shown the odds for various things ahead of Brighton Vs Nottingham Forest. Interestingly, the last time the favourites to be champions actually went up as champions was in 2001 - Man City. Bad news for Boro/Derby?? Anybody got any bets on for this season?
Wolves top of league Derby 2nd Play offs Boro Reading Burnley Sheff Wed Relegated Bolton MK Dons Rotherham
I'm surprised Fulham aren't a little higher in odds than what they are. They have some decent players.
Surprised Brentford are so high. Haven't they lost/likely to lose all their good players? Jelavic could be a good outside bet for top scorer. Not saying I think it'll happen but the odds must be decent if he's not on there.
not done too many involving the championship because its too hard, i have an interesting accumulator on Chelsea to win the league, Bournemouth to get relegated and tranmere to win the conference £200.00 to try win win £6500.. and 50 quid on City to get promoted , Wigan to get promoted and Leicester to go down .. i dont usually throw that sort of money on these bets but i need to try and find a house deposit,
Heard something on the news about the team that has won the Premier League for the past five years? has started their season on the Monday. So its Man City or West Brom then.
Think I posted that on here a few days ago. It's since Sky brought Monday Night Football back - the team which plays on the first of that programme each season has gone on to win the title.
Let's see at the end of the season. Sky aren't expected to show a MNF the first weekend next season as they'll have Friday night games and they'll want to show the first game ahead of BT so it'd be interesting to see what happens there.
Bent for top goalscorer for me (unless Ince nicks half his goals) Rotherham's luck to finally give out and they go down, along with MK Dons If we can find a way of scoring some goals, (ie create something from midfield), we could reverse the trend of relegated sides and get back up Not sure about Boro going up- have they actually lost goals from their side, with Vossen, Bamford and Tomlin going? If they got Rhodes, fair enough, but they haven't Derby have strengthened in central defence, and have more goals in their side, so they should be favourites in my book.
Akpom 25/1, Jelavic 20/1, Aluko 66/1 with paddy. Anyone know the rules on top scorer bets? What happens if the player is sold out of the league in this window or January?
I think I think as long as they start the season then the bet stands and you **** out, unless you get lucky and they've already bagged 40 by January ..
The best way I have heard to find a house deposit.... And I have heard some strange ways over the years.
