How far do you think we'll get in the tournament after last year's debacle, i hope we get to the final and win it, of course we'll need a bit of luck, every team does, especially in europe, if we can keep our main players fit, then we've got a chance of winning it.
True, but we've got Vidic back, and Evans has done well so far this season, i was watching their game earlier and they were without Ramos and Pepe.
As Chelsea showed, you don't have to be the best team to win it. Get past Madrid an I think we stand a good chance. As long as we don't play like they did!!
We are one of the best teams in it. Once we get all our defenders fit we will have a great chance. I believe we can go all the way
I'm being ambitious and saying semis, I think we can beat a Real team that's in a shambles at the minute, they certainly can score past us but they are more than shaky at the back too.
Maybe not all four but we've certainly got two and probably three. Can see us getting through v Real then it's all about the draw. Only Barca and Bayern I would have a genuine concern about being able to see off out of everyone that's left.
Depends on what you mean by "best four". Are our strikers individually the top four strikers in Europe? Course not. Is our strikeforce as a whole the best in Europe? Probably not, but we are definitely up there if you are comparing the average quality of the strikers. RVP and Rooney compare well with any other pairing, and Hernandez and Welbeck are better third and fourth choice options than those at any club, possibly barring Real and Barca. This. We can beat Barca or Bayern, but would need to be on top form to do so. Ultimately once you get out of the groups the CL depends a great deal on luck - when playing the top teams you need to hit form and hope your opponents don't if you're going to get through.
