Galatasaray vs. Schalke schalke to win for me over the 2 legs
Celtic vs. Juventus i fancy this to be the Shock and Celtic to scrape through...Just. <ok>
Arsenal vs. Bayern Munich Arsenal just,, on away goals.
Shakhtar vs. Dortmund Dortmond all the way.
AC Milan vs. Barcelona Barcelona but it wont be easy.
Real Madrid vs. Manchester United Man Utd on away goals.
Valencia vs. PSG PSG with the squad they have got
Porto vs. Malaga The hardest to predict,, but i shall go for Malaga - just. ***

*** any of the other winners will want to play the winner of this tie in the Qtr Finals. imo

Id be stunned if Shakhtar and Man Utd got through but other than that it's hard to disagree. Some truly enormous ties there and what the CL is all about. Milan are massively in transition and today have agreed to sell Pato and Robinho as part of a move to save in excess of £150m A YEAR in salaries so they're more about the name than actual quality.

Im fancying PSG all the way.

I can see Man Utd winning although they have to be big underdogs, but Shaktar against the Dortmund. Would be a big shock.

I tend to agree. Juve have a 100% losing record away to Septic.

If they avoid Barcelona then I feel that B.Dortmund can make the final.

Barcelona look well focused to make up for last season. At least they now know they wont have to worry about or face there nemesis side CHELSEA. Thats reserved for Swansea City and Aston Villa now.<ok>

If Celtic can keep a clean sheet and take a 1-0 lead with them then i think they can pinch an away goal. Juve are nowhere near the side they once were.

They're nowehere near the side they were a year ago. They were unbeaten for 46 games and have now lost 2 in quick succession, including their first ever defeat in their new home.

But they have got a very good keeper, defence and midfield (remember the summer's Pirlo ****fest?) - it's just their strikers are REALLY ****e. Their progression or not all depends on who they sign in Jan and if they're eligible for the CL or not.

As I edited, it depends on who they sign in Jan really. Any team with Pirlo, Marchisio, Vidal and Buffon in cannot be written off but likewise I can see Celtic going through.

I might change my mind if they get Drogba. Forget Chelsea, he'll want CL football.

Some massive ties in there. You'd have to be pissed off if you're a Madrid, United, Arsenal or Bayern fan when you get knocked out and see Porto or Malaga and Galatasaray or Schalke in the quarter finals.

United could well beat Madrid. In fact, I reckon they'll win 2-0 at home and draw 1-1 away.

Celtic are out. They're ****e. You don't lost at home to teams like Inverness and Kilmarnock if you're any good.
