    I think he would certainly be worth a shout for tomorrow, has shown he knows where the goals are at least

    I would start him against Sunderland. They are going to defend deep and not allow any space in behind so Walcott will find it very hard. AOC can beat players in one on one's and then find a cross. Theo as a sub against a Sunderland defence that will be tired will be more deadly then one that starts from the kick off imo.

    Walcott destroyed them 2 years ago I think.

    Did he? He scored against them away from home back in 2008. Sunderland have had two 0-0 draws at the Emirates in their last 3 vists. The other one, a 2-0 win for us when Eboue of all people had an outstanding game.

    I just remember their RB having a 10 yard head start on him 2 times in a row but Walcott getting to the ball first.

    Theo <ok>

    I think Oxo is good enough for a start, he's scored twice in his last two appearances for us and got a Hat-trick for the U21's last week.
    Got to play a player when he's on form imo

    <ok>

    p.s. Nice to read a thread that hasn't got the pessimists spouting off about how ****ed they think everything is....

    I'm not sure about him starting but bringing him off the bench wouldn't be a bad idea. By the way Piskie thats the exact type of thing that will bring the so called 'pessimists' here.

    They can **** off back to their pessimist threads <ok>

    Oxo would be good off the bench, but I think he's done enough to warrant a start.

    Ahead of who though? Gervinho is probably in the worst form out of our attackers but if Sunderland sit deep he will probably be more useful than Walcott.

    Well, it would mean a formation change, but I'd put Oxo on the right and Walcott ahead of him as an inside attacking right.
    Gervinho on the left and RVP ahead of him.
    Song and Arteta in the middle in MF

    Lets hear what Wenger has to say, he could have picked up and injury yesterday or something.
