As i hinted at on the Burly fred...I've deleted most of my social media apps. But as this is my oldest one, even though i use it mainly on the laptop, i'm up for an open challenge... Get of social media when i wake up, and do something. So as August 5th is a significant day for me (it's when my eldest was born in 1992)) it seems a good way to start. So any kind off exercise challenge, let's keep it simple first please....I'm not gonna knock out 100 sits ups in my first go. Anyone else up for trying?
You do realise you'll have to join it with him. Both of you side by side on the cross-trainer. I want the cctv on that one
I may have read it wrong but when you said anyone else up for trying, I take it we will be joining you on any challenge we suggest? I've just restarted running after 6 months. Stamina is **** at the moment so I know my limits!
A crate of bananas weighs 18kg....times by 45 on a pallett...that;s a lot of weight... I can hoy stuff all day mate...It's the basics im lacking.
Hire some nurses who work with coma patients so they can exercise you without you needing to put in the effort.
