Good evening people. Got back from sunny Blackpool this afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed my week away with the littl'n. Weather iffy (1.5 good days) but always plenty to do in the NW Premier British holiday centre. Its cheesy, cheap looking (not cheap btw in money terms) and full of chavs but hey, its a 7 year year olds dream destination. Have I missed much since last Sunday?

being totally honest I think we have a fight on our hands to achieve this, Newcastle's first XI is way better than ours IMO, if they add 3 or 4 good additions to there squad we certainly will have to perform to overtake them. At the end of the day no matter if we are on a win of ten wins or ten defeats bar a couple of players whom Sess is one of we have a pretty average team If as you say he is allowed to bring his own players in then we have a chance, but we have splashed that much money on our squad, to add 4 or 5 players who will really kick is up on going to cost a canny bit I just hope Ellis is willing to because if he does invest heavily this summer we have the right man in charge to make the most of it
