You didn't want the LEAGUE sponsor advertising your team because some smaller firm sold the same ****.

By doing so you made people more aware of the new league sponsor.

Think your contract with Parks pre-dates the SPFL contract with Cinch, so you should be fine.

We managed to have dafabet on the shirt and ladbrokes on the league without a meltdown iirc

 

With me and my communal pool living in Spain, I haven't been following it too much, but as far as I can see is...SPFL sign a ****e contract with Cinch even after being told by Rangers that they won't be advertising Cinch because of pre existing deal with Parks. SPFL says, you have to advertise it. Rangers say, no we don't, your rule book even says we don't need to. They go to court or whatever and Rangers win.

You've heard of Parks because you're from here. Cinch is an nationwide English based company. Parks got exposure nationwide it wouldn't normally get. Cinch pays millions for advertising in the roUK that Parks got for free.
