Even when you cull some of the deadwood, the current crop of players plus ones out on loan are easily good enough to win no 6 title ...See my thread A good man manager will get that team playing consistently well. That was Delias main problem , consistency - we played well in some games , excellent in some , turgid in others with the majority being average performances . All in, this still equates to best team in Scotland.
You won the premiership so yes you are the best team in Scotland. Canny argue with that. But to say that the current Celtic squad is "vastly" superior to Rangers is fantasy. Rangers will have to strengthen and look like doing so. Celtic need to do the same. They also need to get rid of a fair few players. There is certainly quantity at Celtic park, not so much quality I'd say.
