As we see two Welsh teams: Swansea and Cardiff are now both in the BPL. And as Celtic keep on winning the SPL by a huge margin we should invite em' south. Maybe with one other team to make League 2 26 slots. Leave thoughts below.
No. Great for those who exclusively watch football on their arse at home, dreadful for anyone who follows their team away. There are too many teams in the top division as it is (by the way, BPL, behave). What gives them a right to enter at any level but the very bottom? They can keep their religious quibbling to themselves, thank you. They need England far more than England needs them. What would they really add? Not that any of this will affect my team for the foreseeable future
No problem so long as the start at the bottom. Swansea and Cardiff have worked their arses off to be part of the premier league elite.
Remember all the noise from Scots fans about how having a GB football team would mean the loss of the SFA and the Scottish football team? We should respect their wishes as proud Scots - and let them keep Celtic
If Celtic want to join the English league they should follow the route that others had to: apply and start from the bottom!
