Tony Mowbray has taken 18 year old Aalborg striker David Boysen on trial at Lennoxtown until Saturday.

The Danish U-19's forward who has scored 11 goals in 33 appearances for Aalborg and has 4 goals for the U-19's is being watched by a host of different clubs around Europe. However Celtic have got there in front of the competition to get a first-hand look at him.

Aalborg director Ronny Saul said: ‘This is a unique opportunity for David. We will see what happens before the transfer window shuts.’

Agent Allen Neilsen added: ‘Celtic want to see David with a view to a solution before this month ends.’

David Boysen is considered one of the best young footballing talents in Denmark and follows Swedish 16 year old striker Bahrudin Atajic from Malmo who is also at the club for a trial.
