It appears Celtic have shown more than a little bit of interest in Lester's Matt Mills and a deal may be completed sooner than later. Celtic are looking for a replacement for the Swedish international Daniel Majstorovic, who has returned to Sweden this week.

Well, at least we showed an interest at one point. Lester should look at O'Dea as a replacement for the soon to be departed Mills.

They got those two youngsters from Man Utd yesterday, they are bound to be 100% better than any of the drivel they normally have in the first team.

Edit: Except for Beckford of course.

A lot of poor players leave Man Utd every year for good money. Yet some gems also go like Shawcross. Its risky business.

I don't know if they were over rated in the first place or if they never get over been sold off?

Luke Chadwick, Adam & Richard Eckersley spring to mind.

I quite like Savage when he does the BBC 606 show, he at least stands up for what he believes in and isn't scared to say things as he views them. I'll check out his book, can you get it on the Kindle?

No idea. Got it cheap on Amazon. I'm a terrible one for the price sort and picking up the penny biographies (still pay £2.80 delivery, mind).
