He's showing some faith in some of the existing squad and young lads Billy which surely must be a good thing. Does appear to be trying to get rid of McD on the cheap. Can't blame him I suppose. He didn't employ him in the first place so is hardly anxious to honour balance of contract if he doesn't fancy having him around
I read somewhere a while back now that if McDermott is sacked now he is due 2m compo. But after sometime mid June its reduced considerably So expect it sometime after mid June but looks like Cellino is attempting to make him quit,and it looks like McDermott has ****ed off on holiday probably will return mid June cant see him quitting before the end of his holiday.....i think McDermott is trying to get sacked before mid-June cat and mouse

The ITV interview with the Millwall owner was interesting, did anyone see it? On this, its a personal thing but I don't like the way he disrespects BM in public. Thats just me, but I know he may think (if the June thing is true) "I will sack him in June so who cares what I say about him?" but the effect on other people at ER will be considerable, when they see someone who is a colleague (maybe someone they like, as well) being treated badly - again
