Just hope they're individually given some game time with senior players around them.

Absolutely. It is pointless throwing them in en masse against a Birmingham side who have, at last found some form and a physical Rotherham who may be fighting for their Championship status.
He showed he was prepared to give eg Colwill 60 minutes but agree it’s not feasible to just chuck them in for the sake of it. But saying that he should be prepared given how he’s been talking up some of these lads, to give them some decent game time.
