Thought he had a good game tonight. Complain all you want about his yellow but he took one for the team and did exactly what he had to at the time. Good performance overall and (imo) deserved result.

O'Neill seems to be working his magic!

    Edit:
I'm not singling him out for motm by the way but, as he has been getting some stick, think he deserves a mention.

Gardner looked excellent when he came on. Seas was superb (although should have ensured the game was out of sight long before brown's goal!) and Bendtner seemed much better than recently

He did tire though, I thought the first 45 was his best in a Sunderland shirt for some time.

There is a massive difference between taking a yellow card to stop a break when they have numbers, and just needlessly giving away a foul and getting a yellow when you are on the sideline at halfway and its only the 20th minute (happened a few weeks ago).

Tbf, I wasn't even gutted about Bendy getting booked at 95mins when he kicked the ball away... teams always seem to time waste against us, so why not do it to them! (we are normally behind, so was nice to do it while in front!)

I think Catts played well. He has got stick (most of which is deserved) but today he played well. Let's just hope he keeps it up!
