Firstly, my first thread on the Sunderland board, so try not to tear me a new arsehole! <laugh>
    Anyway...

Do you share the same opinion as Cattermole? IMO I think many of you will class one point at home vs Fulham as a disappointment, with Fulham not setting the world alight, these are the teams in-particular you need to beat at home in order to move up the table, right?

Cattermole thinks you just need to maximise your knowledge and intelligence to find the net. Is this the case or are you looking for new players, come January?

I wonder where Cattermoles knowledge and intelligence was as he headed the ball straight at the keeper when it was easier to score a few weeks ago?

It's alright talking the talk but hows about walking the walk?

    Sorry, I couldn't resist!

This is exactly why we are where we are. If you are content with 2nd rate that's what you'll get. Just like Villa and West Brom games you could sense that Bruce would happily accept a point. That clearly infiltrated onto the pith and into our players minds.

To be honest I've lost all patience with Clattermole.

He's a liability on the pitch. As soon as he gets booked he should be subbed as he offers nothing to the team apart from tackling IMO. I would put him behind Meyler, Vaughan, Gardner & Colback for a starting place.

And this statement just sums up the whole defeatist attitude running through the team at the moment. Considering the resources that have been avaialbe to both clubs, only a home win should have been acceptable to Sunderland on Saturday.
