Without rambling on about my reasons for wanting to know - can anyone tell me which was the away end at Carrow Road in the 1980's?

I came with Hull City in September 1985 when building work was taking place following the City Stand fire the year before. I recall standing behind a goal and some of the pitch was obscured by said works (to my right if I remember rightly?).

If the City stand was to your right that would have been the Barclay?

Thanks. I think it was to the right (I've had a few sleeps since then!). I can't even remember whether our end was segregated. I do know we got beat 2-0 and had Pete Skipper sent off. The local paper up here said we'd been "given a taste of what is needed to succeed in the Second Division" :(

The corner of the Barclay (left side as you faced the pitch from that end) was the away section for as long as I can remember (starting in '75) until the big new stand was built and away fans were moved in to the end section adjacent to the old away end.
