    woodgate tears his thigh muscle, leaves newcastle for 13mil. never fully recovers, plays only a handful of games.
    carroll tears thigh muscle (supposedly from knee bone), leaves newcastle for 35mil....
    i think his injury is worse than is being said, i mean it seems as though more recovery time just keeps getting added on.
    hmm we will see <badger>

    btw, im not saying i want this to happen to him. im just speculating that maybe this was a factor in selling him.

    I think if it was a potential career ender the Liverpool medics would have noticed in th medical?

    hmm yeah i gues you are right, but did the medical at madrid not pick up on woodgate injury?
    unless it is just an injury that could potentially reoccur a lot, and therefore cannot be predicted in the medical.

    It does sound like a complicated injury, if he returns too quickly then that would only make it worse. And as we know, that would be awful <whistle>

    Bollocks to Andy Carroll, the money-grabbing ****-wit. He really must think we're pig-**** stupid to even contemplate believing the bullshit he's been peddling recently.

    I can't wait for his visit next season - assuming we stay up of course. He's in for a real roasting I reckon...<laugh>

    I agree, GLIB, but I hope he gets the treatment @ Plainfield, 30/4/11. If he is fit to play, of course!
