NUFC have already banked £30m according to George Caulkin, he is surprised as usually s big deal like that is done in instalments. He also says we have put a 25% sell on clause on Carroll. Not bad!

Also talking about Pardew's long term planning: undersoil heating at the training ground, new video analysts etc. All sounds very good, might have to have a read.

If Chelski come in and buy him for £50m that's another £12.5m in the bin. Not a bad piece of work for Judas!

Say if we buy him back, do we get 25% of our fee back? ;)

Was just about to post this!

Lets hope he ****s off to Real Madrid/Man City/someone else willing to pay over the odds.

25% of any transfer fee is rare, usually its something like 10% of profit made on the player. Liverpool must have been desperate.

Liverpool obviously going with the logic that they wont ever sell him, and if they do it will be because he flopped and there wouldnt be much of a fee. If he does reach the preposterous heights the media will predict from him then we'll get a tidy sum when he ends up at a good club.

I dont know if I'd rather see, and contribute to, the worst reception ever received or find out that the injury he has really is like Woodgate's and he still hasn't played for them next season <laugh>

Everyone always says about the ex player thing....... id rather see Bumble score against us in the 93rd minute, winning the derby, wearing the red n white ****e than see Carroll score against us.

You also have to look at it as £35K a week off our books for an injure player who is now getting paid £80K a week to be injured. So we've saved about half a million in wages :D
Apparently he is due back for the bin dippers game against Manure, but would be happy to see him out for the rest of the season.
