There will always be players available, but it might require RD to dig. I purposely avoided saying deeper as so far he does seem to be suffering from short arms deep pockets. He could benefit from a CEO competent enough to negotiate a player sale though.
It all depends on just how important remaining in the Championship is to RD. Don't forget the laughable model is to make the Club self financing through player sales. It doesn't matter what league you are in when your sole focus is on selling Academy players for large profits.
