Well I suppose a lot of em did fk off to Argy at the end of the war, or should say smuggled out by the Red Cross!!!

 

A pretty big difference is that the Iron Cross isn't associated with Nazism as strongly as the swastika, and also remains in use to this day by the Bundeswehr, including Luftwaffe.

Why he's put it there is anyone's guess but you're wrong on this one, it's not a nazi symbol.

if you look cclosely and consider the theme, it is a holy cross or headstone cross as the bottom bit looks longer
