Despite the fact no one has had an official bid for Carlos yet it's rumoured Arsenal,Liverpool and Manchester United are all interested in the Colombian.

Bacca's agent has come out and said "Before Carlos left for Chile he gave me a list of teams he'd only join. He wants to join a team where there is a project and Liverpool are the English team on that list"

I think his agent is trying just a tiny bit too hard.
