Fletcher will be well aware of Argyle's lack of progress in this competition and I think he is right to focus the players on the job in hand and would be quite wrong to allow anyone to think it will be some sort of walk over. We need the money more than ever before so it should be win at all cost. Not so sure that the "will be axed" has any sort of credence in it though. Given the lightweight squad we have, the thought of him dumping anyone at this moment in time is a wee bit stretching the imagination.
I'm sure the article was just edited to make it sound harsher than it actually was. However, Fletcher has every right to expect progress Stourbridge may be a good team in their league but they are still non-league, we should be aiming to beat them comfortably.
