....have lost their last two games, both away. They came back a bit with two injury time goals tonight, but.... ...what do you reckon for Saturday? Cardiff 2 - City 3?
Their record at home is very good (100% winning home record?) It will be one of our toughest games of the season and I think a draw would be a great result, though I think we're capable of winning it (seen as we don't like to draw games!) Heart says 2-1 to City, head says 1-1 draw.
Yeah, I was evincing a little bravado with my 2-3 score prediction! Yours are much more realistic - but a bigger score draw is possible: 2-2, say.
Should be a really good game, both equal on points at the moment. Surely the fact that we are heading ever nearer to the top two should give the players an extra lift and spur them on to fight for those 3 points. On the other hand Cardiff will be wanting to get back to winning ways after tonight's defeat. On the whole though I feel a lot more positive about our season then this time last year.
I'd take a point on saturday. Win your home matches and draw away. As the rule goes. Unfortunately, they've had a good kick up the arse form their recent results and they'll be wanting to put it right infront of their home fans. We too need a kick up the arse- we can't pass it that badly, as we did tonight, down there. C'mon City!
We usually win there, we're both good attacking sides, looks as though it's gonna be a tough one to call. I'd take a point but everyone loves a pessimist, I'll say 2-1 win to City!
arguably the toughest test this season, Leicester away second hardest. a point would be good as Cardiff are 7-0-0 at home..
It'd be nice if we could loan NP back for this game. You just know we'd nick it if he was managing us.
FATE decrees that Saturdays game has 0 - 0 written all over it. I expect Cardiff to lose there 100% home record though. ++++++++++++++++ O/T...............if anyone needs a lift to Cardiff (door to door) let me know as i know someone who has a spare seat in there car. PM me please.
If we manage a draw against Cardiff, I'll be well chuffed. And if we win, I'll be ecstatic, as they had an article on their board suggesting that our game might be an opportunity to improve their goal difference.
